“I work really hard and need to have full support from my wife and family. The whole family is involved in this hosting business. The few times I am not there to welcome our guests either my wife or my father steps in. One of my uncles has a restaurant in the area about 6 kilometers away. He provides a menu to the chalet and the guests can order whatever they want and he delivers it. Next year I will finish the second chalet I built together with my father and my other uncle. It will look like the first one but with wood solely from our own forest.”
