'Les Oliviers du Taulisson'

“We serve cozy table d'hôtes dinners to all of our guests and everyone eats together at a large shared table outside or in the orangery. That is highly appreciated. It’s like the dinner parties we used to have back in Belgium. They also discover local foods through us since we only cook with foods that are from nearby. We make our own olive oil and our neighbor has a wine yard. We get a small barrel with about 600 bottles of rosé, white and red wines. It all depends on the harvest. This year it was limited since it was a really dry year. A lot of people find us on Instagram because of our stories we share there. We try to share what we do and how we do it in an organic way and they seem to like that.”
