'Les Oliviers du Taulisson'

“A lot of people have the same dream. It is important to be realistic about the dream. That's why we went to France and the rest of Southern Europe for a year at first. We were realistic in what we needed to do to get started, what we wanted to have and what we wanted to serve. We knew it would be very, very hard. 1st of April until the 1st of October is our main season. We thought we needed a break after October but it was harder to take a break than we thought. During winter we try to take a break. We also have a lot of renovations and modifications that we need to do. It takes love, passion and dedication to do this. Going for it with the entire family has been important for us. That everyone understands what it means and agree on it. We never see it as a job. We see it as something we love. If you see it as a job it is a never ending job. You just have to love it. Some people think it is about the money. It's not. It's about your passion and creating beauty. If it is your passion, you can go on. Always working on your life project and continuously evolving the beauty. Everything we do here is related to our B&B.”
