“The shortest way to find yourself is to go around the world”, they say. That was how it felt for me. I didn't know if I wanted to move back home. The idea grew on me slowly. I have lived 20 years abroad in Paris, London, US and finally in Buenos Aires working for an international clothing company. When living in Argentina, I decided to buy a property in Uruguay to create a guest house. But I felt the urge to go back to my roots and reconnect with myself. The B&B dream ended up being realized back home in Camaiore, Tuscany instead with the creation of Locanda al colle.”
