“People come back to us. 30% of our bookings are return guests. 10% are referrals from previous guests. Overall 80% of bookings are made directly with us. People come to us to switch off from their daily life and just relax. We ́re also located at a very strategic position near many places like Pietrasanta (10 minutes), Forte dei Marmi (15 minutes), Pisa (30 minutes), Lucca (30 minutes) and Florence (1 hour). We have a team of 9 people working and have 12 rooms. Even when we are fully booked It never feels crowded since 7 of the rooms has a private terrace or a garden.”
