el gran sueño

“We are not vegetarians but we do believe that you do not have to eat meat everyday. We started by following the meat free Monday movement 2015. Then we began to experiment with the menu. Initially, one day a week we introduced a vegetarian menu. Now, we do it two or three days a week and people really love it. They are also trying it at home and that is why we have recipes on our website. We don’t want to force these principles on people. We do however believe that by exposing them to new ideas you can open their minds to new eating choices. We want to demonstrate that you can live a more sustainable lifestyle without being a tree hugging vegan. It’s a harsh saying, but we believe that it is important to expose new things to people and open the door. They will make new choices if they have been introduced to new ideas without force. It is good for your health, great food and you reduce your carbon footprint.

We set out to be unique, we wanted to offer something different, more stylish and, above all else, something with a less negative environmental impact. Staying with us means you will be comfortable. You will eat well, be well looked after and your experience will impact others less. We believe guests choose to stay with us for these reasons”.
