Promise them a special experience for when they do visit you. For instance, I know all of you have wonderful stories about how you started the place and all the struggles and passion that went into creating, renovating and designing it. Bring them to the small wonderful boutiques where you found the interior and decorations. The furniture, the art, all the local treasures there is to find. Bring them to the local winery or the local restaurants and let them experience the taste of your region. Let them get their own reserved bottles or tables. In all, let them experience your life as a host of a, one of a kind, personal, uniquely created boutique B&B.
