“We are now open for business and will welcome our first guests in June. We haven't put in any heating yet so we had to wait for the right season to open. We’re planning to put that in though since it will prolong the season. The mill is in a L-shape and we will live in a separate apartment in the wing of the property. Hosting is completely new thing for us and that is exactly the challenge we wanted. We just have to dive in and take it from there”.
